ZARBELLA HAT CRAFT
Zarbella hats are made from trademark distinctive and unconventional millinery block shapes. Each piece of timber is hand-picked and turned on a lathe for many hours to create each unique Zarbella hat block which are instantly recognisable.
Every hat is stretched on a block, steamed and then pressed by hand. All trims are sewn by hand onto each individual hat. With a love of nature and preserving the environment, often many of Hats by Zarbella creations are made from recycled and vintage materials recreated into unique and interesting headpieces using vintage straw, paper and wood materials.
