REFUND POLICY
Hats by Zarbella will not accept returns unless the head piece you purchased is deemed faulty, has been incorrectly described or is different to the hat/headwear you ordered.
Returns will not be accepted on any hats/headwear damaged by you, altered pieces or if you simply change your mind. Returned items must be unused in their original condition. If a hat/headwear is defective or faulty please email [email protected] or phone 0409836415 within 7 days of receipt of the hat/headwear, any enquiries after this date will not be accepted.
It is the customers responsibility to pay all postage charges to return the item.
We do not accept returns on or provide exchanges on sale items.
Please note colours are represented as close as possible on our online store, please keep in mind colours may vary on computer screens.
Please email [email protected] for all issues regarding the return or exchange of items. Please allow up to 2 days for a reply. Please ensure you have received a return or exchange approval before you send back your headwear or they will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned parcel. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days.
